Elmer Armstrong

by Mik Richardson

In collaboration with Andersen Press, Wild in Art are pleased to present the Elmer figurine collection with custom designs by in-house and national artists.

Designed by artist Mik Richardson 'Elmer Armstrong' celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing led by Commander Neil Armstrong and lunar module pilot Buzz Aldrin. Armstrong became the first person to step onto the lunar surface on July 21 at 02:56:15 UTC; Aldrin joined him 19 minutes later.

Written and illustrated by celebrated children’s author and artist David McKee, Elmer is one of the most iconic and widely read children’s book series of all time.

Like Elmer, we think it's okay to be different.

The Elmer figurines are made from ceramic. They’re lovingly hand-crafted and hand-finished, so small variations are to be expected and are part of the figurines' unique charm.

Dimensions - Elmer figurines sit at 11cm tall and 12cm long and 8cm wide; the perfect proportions for any solid work desk, bookcase or shelf.

Packaging - Each Elmer figurine is lovingly packaged in an Elmer's Big Art Parades branded gift box at 16.4cm tall, 14.4cm wide and 12cm long. To protect your branded gift box it is parcelled up in a grey tough sack ready for delivery.

Elmer figurines are not toys. They are designed for display rather than play. Not suitable for children under 5 years old and contains small parts.
